WDP-30 Wheeled Diaphragm Proportioner

 The WDP-30 Wheeled Diaphragm Proportioning Unit is a complete, self-contained, mobile foam application unit.. Each WDP-30 unit is shipped completely assembled and is equipped with a 30-gallon horizontal bladder tank with fill funnel, 2” RCT ratio controller, National Foam JS-10 nozzle with ball valve shutoff, and 50 feet (15.2 m) of 1¾” hose.

This durable, high-quality, precision mobile foam unit is ideal for response firefighting in refining areas, docks, warehouses, aircraft hangars, offshore platforms, industrial process areas, and truck loading racks.

  • One-man operation

  • Suitable for use with most foam concentrates

  • Capable of supplying foam solution to three 60 gpm (227 lpm) nozzles, two 90 gpm (342 lpm) nozzles, or any combination of nozzles to 180 gpm (681 lpm)

  • ASME pressure-rated carbon steel bladder tank

  • Configurable 1-1/2” swivel inlet connection

  • Foam concentrate shutoff valve to permit alternate water-only operation

  • Not subject to back pressure limitations
