Literature
Servo Command is a true demand type foam system that automatically balances and proportions foam solution at rates from 0% to 6% regardless of pressure and flow variations up to the maximum flow capacity of the foam concentrate pump, with no recirculation of foam concentrate back to tank, or around the foam pump. A variable speed hydrostatic drive system is employed to vary the speed of the foam concentrate pump to accurately balance the foam concentrate pressure to the water pressure, delivering only the amount of foam concentrate required to meet the demand. For maximum reliability and ease of maintenance, control of the foam system is totally mechanical eliminating the need for fragile electrical or electronic components to activate and/or control the system.
